Activities at Girl's Camp

Here is the repelling wall. If you enlarge the image you'll see the people at the top and bottom of the wall in addition to the steel later you climb up to get back. You clip onto a safety rope to make the climb back.
The waterfront was below the camp at a bit of a hike down. At the waterfront they had a dock with canoes, kayaks, and sailboats.
We also did some rocking jumping...

And rock climbing...

And wall climbing. We had lots of fun but I didn't get more than 5-6 hrs sleep at night. I think I'm finally recovered.

  2. Oh Sarah! Your girls camp looks spectacular. It almost makes me want to go back and do that all again. Although several of us leaders decided about 2/3 of the way thru the week - every year - that camp would be a lot more fun without the girls. (We didn't have showers, slept in tents, and the girls cooked the food...) There was at least one girl every year that brought her blow dryer or curling iron. :-) Memories - looks like you had a great time.
